Health & Safety

The health and safety of our subscribers, ticket holders, staff, artists and community are our top priorities. Broadway In Columbus/CAPA has a current health and safety plan in place that has been developed in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines. We’ll continue to adjust health and safety protocols required for guests as needed, and by purchasing today you assume all risks related to COVID-19. You’ll get an email from us before each show with the latest information.

The Value of Your Ticket is Safe

In the event we need to cancel any performance for any reason, you will have the option to receive a refund.

If your performance is postponed or rescheduled, we will automatically move your tickets to the new performance date(s). If you are unable to attend the new dates, we will work with you to find a solution, which may include, without limitation, an exchange into an alternate performance or a credit for a future performance.

Please note: refunds are only available for tickets purchased through Ticketmaster, BroadwayInColubmus.com and the CAPA Ticket Center. Some restrictions apply. The above policies apply to tickets sold by Broadway In Columbus for presentations at Ohio and Palace Theatres in Columbus, OH.

Patron Club subscriptions (Ohio: Orch A-N and Loge and Palace: Orch Rows A-Q, Loge Rows A-C, Mezz Rows AA-A) include a $115 fee for each subscription seat purchased. Patron Club subscribers receive priority access to premium seat locations, available only to these subscribers, prior to tickets being placed on sale to the general public. Additional benefits include vouchers for drink discounts and recognition in the Playbill for all season shows.

Pricing for Subscriber Additional tickets is subject to change without notice. Some restrictions may apply. Events available on a first come, first served basis and are subject to change.

Subscriber additional tickets purchased by phone or online will incur a $10 per ticket service fee. There is an nine (9) ticket limit per account, billing address or credit card. Orders that exceed this limit will be cancelled without notice, including multiple orders with the same account, billing address or credit card. No refunds.

5-show packages do not include HairsprayElf or Annie. Additional purchase required. Additional ticket requests are processed in the order in which they are received. To guarantee priority seating, please be sure to order your additional tickets before they go on sale to the general public, however; you may place your order at any time prior to the performance.
