Buy Additional Tickets Before the Public*

Subscribers get priority access to seats before tickets go on sale to the public. Subscribers will be notified later this spring when additional tickets for the 2018/19 season become available for purchase.

DUE TO THE ANTICIPATED DEMAND FOR HAMILTON, SOME SPECIAL RULES AND RESTRICTIONS WILL APPLY. Subscribers will have the ability to purchase additional tickets for most shows prior to the public on-sale, however subscribers will not have access to purchase additional tickets to HAMILTON.

Subscribers will be notified of the date of the HAMILTON public on-sale.

Exchanging Your Tickets

Please note that ticket exchanges for 18/19 season shows are not available at the time of renewal. You will receive a notification when your access begins.

Please have your tickets in hand when calling to exchange by phone, as we will ask you for the barcodes to verify the tickets.

BY MAIL

Please mail your original tickets (make a copy for your records), at least two weeks prior to the performance date or the desired new date and time, whichever comes first, with a note that includes the desired new date and time, and your contact information to:

IN PERSON

Exchange your tickets in person at the CAPA Ticket Center at least two business days prior to the performance date or the desired new date and time, whichever comes first.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT EXCHANGING

Unfortunately, comparable seating cannot always be guaranteed. All exchanges are subject to availability. The difference must be paid if exchanging into a higher priced seating location or performance. For the 2018/19 season, refunds will be given when exchanging into a lower priced performance or seating location and exchanges will be fee-free through all channels. Exchanges must be processed at least 48 hours prior to your performance for performances Tuesday through Saturday or by 5PM on Friday for Sunday performances. Exchanges may only be made for a different performance of the same show. Please note, ticket exchanges for ALADDIN must be completed no later than 72 hours prior to the performance.

Lost or Stolen Tickets

Lost or Stolen Tickets

Should your tickets become lost or stolen, please contact us immediately at 800.294.1892 (Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm), so we can arrange to have your tickets reprinted for you. For the security of your account, lost or stolen reprints will not be mailed or emailed. They will be held at Will Call for pickup an hour before your scheduled performance. Tickets will be held under the name on the account and proper ID is required. Please note, lost tickets cannot be exchanged.

Ohio and Palace Theatre Policies

LATE ARRIVALS

The admission or re-admission of latecomers is subject to the producer’s rules for each individual show.


TICKETS FOR CHILDREN

A ticket must be purchased for every person attending the show, regardless of age.


ACCESSIBLE SERVICES

Accessible seating, assistive listening amplification system, audio description and American Sign Language interpretation are available. Please call 614.469.0939 for more information.


WILL CALL

Pick up pre-purchased or exchanged tickets at the Theatre box office starting two hours prior to show time.

Fees

Full Subscription

The price of each subscription seat reflects the face value of your tickets, $37.00 in handling fees, a total of $21.00 in facility fees, all applicable taxes, and, if applicable, the Patron Club subscription fee noted below. Prices, shows, dates, schedules, venues and artists are subject to change without notice. Depending on production requirements, seating may occasionally become available in the orchestra pit without notice. Season Subscriptions and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Subscription, are subject to the Broadway Across America® Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions posted on our website BroadwayAcrossAmerica.com/SubscriberTerms. By purchasing a Season Subscription, you agree to such Terms and Conditions.

Patron Club subscriptions (Ohio: Orch A-N and Loge, Palace: Orch A-Q, Loge and Mezz AA-A) include a $115 fee for each subscription seat purchased. Patron Club subscribers receive priority access to premium seat locations, available only to these subscribers, prior to tickets being placed on sale to the general public. Additional benefits include vouchers for complimentary parking and recognition in the Playbill for all season shows.

  1. In your mobile device browser, go to BroadwayInColumbus.com
  2. Find the SUBSCRIPTIONS tab at the top and click MANAGE MY TICKETS.

  3. In the bottom right hand corner click ‘MOBILE SITE to switch.


  4. Log into your account by entering an account number/e-mail address and password.


  5. Click on your upcoming event or select VIEW ALL at the bottom of your list of Upcoming Events.


  6. Check the Box for the specific performance.


  7. Review your choice and click on the box.


  8. Depending if you are on Android or iPhone this is what each will look like:
