This season, we have added new features just for Season Subscribers, including mobile tickets, exchange tickets online and transfer tickets to friends and family electronically. To learn how to take advantage of these features, please follow the instructions below.

Mobile Tickets


MOBILE TICKETING FAQ

We encourage you to check back often as we continue to refine and update this resource.


  1. In your mobile device browser, go to BroadwayInColumbus.com
  2. Find the SUBSCRIPTIONS tab at the top and click MANAGE MY TICKETS.

  3. In the bottom right hand corner click ‘MOBILE SITE to switch.


  4. Log into your account by entering an account number/e-mail address and password.


  5. Click on your upcoming event or select VIEW ALL at the bottom of your list of Upcoming Events.


  6. Check the Box for the specific performance.


  7. Review your choice and click on the box.


  8. Depending if you are on Android or iPhone this is what each will look like:

  10. iPhone users are able to ADD TO PASSBOOK and this is what they will get.


Log in to Manage My Tickets

Transfer My Tickets:

Please Note: In order to utilize the Interactive Seat Map, it may be required to update or install Flash on your computer.

  1. Click HERE to log into your account or go to SUBSCRIPTIONS, then MANAGE MY TICKETS.
  2. Log into your account by entering an account number/e-mail address and password.
  3. Click MANAGE THIS EVENT next to your upcoming event, if listed below, or click MANAGE MY TICKETS under ‘My Ticket Options’ to select your EVENT from the calendar view.
  4. Click TRANSFER TICKETS in the ‘Select an action’ section.
  5. Check the box next to the SEAT LOCATION(S) you wish to transfer then click ‘TRANSFER’ button in the top right hand corner under ‘Manage My Tickets’ section (Figure 1).

  7. Click CONTINUE TO TRANSFER in pop up window (Figure 2).

  9. Enter in recipient’s information under CHOOSE TRANSFER RECIPIENT, and then click ADD (Figure 3).

  11. Select the TRANSFER RECIPIENT (Figure 4). In the next set of steps, you can add an Optional Message, opt for an Email Reminder and choose to have the price displayed in the email your recipient will receive.

  13. Click NEXT STEP (Figure 5) once you have finished personalizing the email.

  15. Review the details of your ticket transfer, check the box to agree to the ‘terms of use’ and click COMPLETE TRANSFER (Figure 6).

Log in to Manage My Tickets

Exchange My Tickets:

If exchanging into a higher priced performance or seating location, you will be responsible for paying the difference. Monies will not be refunded when opting for a lower priced performance or seat location.

  1. Click HERE to log into your account or go to SUBSCRIPTIONS, then MANAGE MY TICKETS.
  2. Log into your account by entering an account number/e-mail address and password.
  3. Click MANAGE THIS EVENT next to your upcoming event, if listed below, or click MANAGE MY TICKETS under ‘My Ticket Options’ to select your EVENT from the calendar view.
  4. Click EXCHANGE TICKETS in the ‘Select an action’ section.
  5. Check the box next to the SEAT LOCATION(S) you wish to exchange then click ‘EXCHANGE’ button in the top right hand corner under ‘Manage My Tickets’ section (Figure 1).

  7. Click CONTINUE TO EXCHANGE in the pop up window (Figure 2).

  9. Select the new date you wish to attend the show and then click CONTINUE (Figure 3).

  11. Using the seating chart, select your new seats (Figure 4), then click CHECKOUT (Figure 5).

  13. Review the details of your exchange, making sure to double check the new show’s date, time, and seat location, and number of seats. Once confirmed, click ‘EXCHANGE SEATS’ to proceed to payment checkout process (Figure 6).

  15. Enter your password in the pop up window to confirm that you agree to exchange your tickets. Click CONTINUE WITH EXCHANGE to proceed. (Figure 7)

  17. Go through the checkout process to select your Delivery Method and your Payment Type to complete the exchange. Your original seats will not be released until you click PURCHASE TICKETS (Figure 8).
