BY PHONE

Please have your tickets in hand when calling to exchange by phone, as we will ask you for the barcodes to verify the tickets.
All phone exchanges will have a $3.00 per ticket fee.

BY MAIL

Please mail your original tickets (make a copy for your records), at least two weeks prior to the performance date or the desired new date and time, whichever comes first, with a note that includes the desired new date and time, and your contact information to:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT EXCHANGING

Unfortunately, comparable seating cannot always be guaranteed. Tickets must be exchanged two business days before your regularly scheduled performance and by Friday at 5pm for Saturday and Sunday performances. The difference must be paid if exchanging into a higher priced performance or seat location. Downgrades will not be refunded. Exchanges may only be made for a different performance of the same show. For Wicked and The Book of Mormon all exchanges must be completed at least 72 hours prior to the performance.

Lost or Stolen Tickets

Lost or Stolen Tickets

Should your tickets become lost or stolen, please contact us immediately at 800.294.1892 (Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm), so we can arrange to have your tickets reprinted for you. For the security of your account, lost or stolen reprints will not be mailed or emailed. They will be held at Will Call for pickup an hour before your scheduled performance. Tickets will be held under the name on the account and proper ID is required. Please note, lost tickets cannot be exchanged.

LATE ARRIVALS

The admission or re-admission of latecomers is subject to the producer’s rules for each individual show.


TICKETS FOR CHILDREN

A ticket must be purchased for every person attending the show, regardless of age.


ACCESSIBLE SERVICES

WILL CALL

Pick up pre-purchased or exchanged tickets at the Theatre box office starting two hours prior to show time.

Fees

Full Subscription

The price of each full subscription seat reflects the face value of your tickets, $37 in handling fees, a total of $17.50 in facility fees, all applicable taxes, and, if applicable, the Patron Club subscription fee noted below. Prices, shows, dates, schedules, venues and artists are subject to change without notice. Depending on production requirements, seating may occasionally become available in the orchestra pit without notice. Season Subscriptions and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Subscription, are subject to the Broadway Across America® Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions posted on our website BroadwayAcrossAmerica.com/SubscriberTerms. By purchasing a Season Subscription, you agree to such Terms and Conditions.

Patron Club subscriptions (Orch A-N and Loge) include a $110 fee for each subscription seat purchased. Patron Club subscribers receive priority access to premium seat locations, available only to these subscribers, prior to tickets being placed on sale to the general public. Additional benefits include vouchers for complimentary parking and recognition in the Playbill for all season shows.
